Statement
While this is not about capturing individual likenesses, it is about capturing the look of an era. I am striving to recreate faces of hopefulness, naiveté, and innocence. Each panel is dominated by a particular classmate, although each is inevitably a combination of two or more likenesses, as the class was large and the work is limited to 18 panels.
